New LPG fire training building installed at Shannon Airport

Posted 22/01/2026

We are pleased to announce the successful installation and commissioning of a new LPG fire training building at Shannon Airport, delivered as part of an ongoing commitment to high-quality, realistic emergency response training.

The purpose-built training facility has been designed to provide a controlled yet highly realistic environment for live fire and emergency scenario training. Installed within the airport’s training grounds, the building supports the development of operational skills across a range of fire and rescue scenarios relevant to aviation and industrial settings.

The system incorporates multiple fire training elements, allowing instructors to simulate realistic LPG fire conditions while maintaining full operational control throughout each exercise. The design prioritises safety, repeatability, and instructor oversight, ensuring training scenarios can be adapted in real time to suit learning objectives and trainee experience levels.

A key feature of the installation is its modular design, allowing the training capability to evolve over time. Additional training elements and scenarios can be integrated in the future, ensuring the facility remains adaptable to changing standards and operational requirements.

This project reflects our continued focus on delivering robust, high-quality training solutions that balance realism with control and long-term value. We are proud to have worked alongside the team at Shannon Airport to deliver a facility that will support effective fire and emergency response training for years to come.
